Kim Deitch on Eddie P. (not literally)
Excerpt from Kim from the next Comics Journal:
"Moving on to more recent material. There has been an amazing series of comics running in the pages of a fanzine called Mineshaft, memoirs written and laid out by Jay Lynch and beautifully drawn and rendered by an exceptionally bright, young rising star in the comics world, Ed Piskor. Ed is a man to watch. His new solo volume, Wizzywig volume one, self published, is worthy of note and two earlier zines, Isolation Chamber one and two are, in my humble opinion, underground classics. Of the Lynch/Piskor collaborations, the one describing an account of Jay Lynch and Robert Crumb visiting veteran cartoonist, Chester Gould, is especially memorable."
