So in the blog post before this one i was talking about how enthused I was to get starting using these gray tones for my comic. Well, I'm not so much anymore. I wanted to produce these pages spontaneously in hopes to retain some energy that i usually display when i thumbnail and rough out ideas. The gray tones were meant to be an easier alternative to crosshatching. Well I worked on this stupid first page, redrawing it completely 2 times, and coloring it 3 times after I made a copy of it. I pretty much wasted a day on it. I think I will scrap this idea and produce the comic a more traditional way that I feel comfortable. On top of this disappointment I think i'm getting sick.
Oh well.
